How can I cancel my order?

If you have not yet shipped your order by membership; You can cancel it from the my account section on our website. If you have ordered without membership; You can contact us at 0537 655 35 95 Support line or [email protected] email address. Cancelling orders that have been shipped is not possible through the website. In this case, we kindly ask you to follow the process in the refund section of my account.

Can I return my order, how?

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 14 business days after delivery. You can start your return process by providing the shipment code and sending it via Yurtiçi Kargo with recipient pays option. It is very important that the products to be returned or exchanged are sent complete, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.

When can I receive the refund for the returned product?

There is no change when you make payment via bank transfer, cash on delivery, or credit card. The refund will be processed within 15 business days after the completion of the return process and the returned product reaches us.

Who is responsible for the shipping fees in case of cancellations, returns, and exchanges?

In cases where there is no defect originating from the seller in cancellations, returns, and exchanges, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
