You can add products to your orders in your basket that have not been completed payment. In order to deliver your completed orders to you as quickly as possible, we work with shipping integration. Since the shipment tracking code is generated once the payment for your order is made, it is not possible to make additions after this stage.
Please check your order in the presence of the courier. If your package is missing or faulty: - Do not accept the delivery. - Attach a "Damage Detection Report" to the courier. - Send back the product/package to us with this report and invoice. - Contact us through the communication channels below regarding the issue.
