Our product deliveries take between 2-5 days to city centers in all 81 provinces. In districts, this duration may take an additional 1 to 5 days.

All our products are priced including VAT.

Make sure that the packaging is intact and free of damage. If there is any damage, do not accept the product, create a report, and then contact our call center to inform about the situation.

Shipping is free for orders of 1500 TL and above, for orders below 1500 TL we charge a shipping fee of 35 TL.
